Destination North to develop new Christian community

Life leases available in Pigeon River development

June 30, 2006 -- Topinabee, MI

Destination North, a subsidiary of Promotions North, LLC, today announced plans to begin taking reservations for leases on building sites in a planned unit development near Indian River, Michigan.

This represents Phase 1 in Destination North's development plan to create a Christian community and conference center.  Life leases for each 1/5 acre lot are available for $25,000, with 10% down to hold the site.  RE/MAX Lake Country will manage leasing and  development of the log cabin community.
